2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full services of the vip2 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, active email address, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without compensation.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any third party.
- All activity carried out through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
- Notifying the vip2 support team promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Keeping your account information current and accurate at all times.
Vip2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account secure.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the vip2 platform agree to use the service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You hereby agree that you will not:
- Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempting to hack, breach, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
- Using bots, automated scripts, third-party software, or any other means to access or exploit the platform unfairly.
- Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating any person or entity.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, along with forfeiture of all associated balances without compensation.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the vip2 platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their accounts are from legitimate sources and belong to them.
Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to, local bank transfers, local e-wallets, and digital payment methods listed on the platform. All transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may vary based on the user's VIP tier.
Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to completion of identity verification. Once submitted, withdrawals cannot be cancelled. vip2 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected on an account.
Any taxes or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers are solely the user's responsibility.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Vip2 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranties, express or implied, are given regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content or service on the platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, vip2 shall not be liable for:

Account Suspension and Closure
Vip2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, if:
- Confirmed fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms & Conditions has occurred.
- The account has been inactive beyond the period specified by the platform.
- Users who are below the minimum required age.
- There are instructions or requirements from the relevant authorities.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, vip2 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance or rewards in that account.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the vip2 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the property of vip2 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate Malaysian courts.
